Midwest Kettlebell---Additional Resources
-The foundation of Strength is where it all begins...
Midwest Kettlebell and Frank Holas share philosophies and vision of some of the most respected trainers in the field of
Strength Training.
As such, we'd like to  recommend these sites as additional resources from which to draw upon.

General Strength Training including Olympic Lifting information:

MORE KETTLEBELL Information:

Of course, for great supplemental Kettlebell training information,   Dragon Door and Pavel have some good resources.
Specifically for:

Recommended Books include:

I know DragonDoor has a boat load more products, but these are the BEST ones in my opinion.

Anti-Aging and Other Supplements:

go to:

The Life Extension Foundation website

The ever-controversial, Steroid Usage:

There are absolutely no reasons  for females, males under the age of 21, men with liver and prostate problems to use
steroids, and people who think they can "get huge" by using superphysiological levels are just asking for substantial future
health problems.   Nonetheless, there are  instances where proper use of steroids can bring deficient persons to optimal
physiological levels and improve their health. Again,
I DON'T condone Steroid Abuse, but I DO recommend being educated on
the facts. If your blood work shows a hormonal deficiency, and you can't get sufficient information from your physician, then
check out Mick Hart's:

And What about Tanning?

To avoid SAD (seasonal affect disorder), psoriasis conditions, and to get a little extra vitamin D, why not try Suntanning? (in
moderation of course).  Get a great tanning bed at a great price from the largest online supplier of equipment for tanning beds
in the USA click on:
