This is more of a review of Frank Holas's video on kettle bell training than on him personally, but since he was the
instructor I guess it does both things. I was very new to kettle bell training. I had a KB and was using it but
improperly, and even with improper technique I was getting results.
Once I watched Franks incredibly detailed instructional video I had proper technique and my workouts were much
more effective with fewer reps and confidence that I was not going to injure myself with the some times
challenging techniques.
He is right that his video is not a work out drill, it is pure instruction and review of technique. I even learned how to
bench press more safely from watching his video.
So if you really want to learn the right way to do Kettle Bell training this is the video for you!! If you just want a work
